1. What is new about vburg Online Membership program?

 

Interestingly enough our Online Membership now offers more exclusive and tailored benefits to our customers. The memberships are classified into 4 different tiers(Basic, Gold, Platinum and Diamond).

 

2. What benefits are included in vburg Online Membership program?

 

Depending on your tier, you will be entitled for a series of exclusive benefits. Your benefits may include discounts, cash back credits, free birthday credits and welcome credits. For more information, you may refer to the table (link to the table of online membership) attached.

 

3. How much does it cost to join the Online Membership program?

4. How does the Online Membership tier works?

 

It is super easy, you will have to sign up for an account or simply log in with your Facebook account. When you spent with us on our website; your total spending will reflect the tier you belong to.  

 

5. How can I be upgraded to another tier?

 

You will be promoted to a higher tier when you have reached the targeted spending amount for each tier. You may refer to your ACCOUNT > Profile for the spending amount needed to reach the next membership tier.

 

6. Will my Online Membership tier be ‘downgraded’?

 

As long as you have accumulated the targeted total spending amount to meet your current tier requirement within a year (the date of validity depends on the date of registration which will then determine your tier status for next year), you will continue to maintain your current tier status benefits.

 

7. Will my Online Membership have expiry date?

 

No. The membership itself has no expiry date but the tier you belong to is good for a year after the date of registration.

 

8. How do I become vburg Online member?

 

Easy enough, you are automatically included as our ‘basic’ member when you sign up with us or just simply log in with your Facebook will do.

 

9. What if I am already one of vburg existing Online member?

 

No worries, if you are already one of our existing Online member, your basic information will be transferred accordingly. You will be receiving an email regarding to the notification of our system updates. The email will be sent to your email address indicated when you are signing up previously. Thus, you will need to verify your account by clicking SET MY PASSWORD in the email received > Set your password accordingly > Change My Password. Congratulations, your account should be verified by now, and you may start placing your order now.

 

10. What happened to my store credit that was accumulated?

 

Please be assured that your store credit will be transferred accordingly and you will be receiving 2 emails. One of it is regarding to the notification that we are currently updating our systems and the other email will be your transferred online credit available.

 

We suggest you to click on the email mentioned about our system updates, you will need to verify your account by clicking SET MY PASSWORD in the email received > Set your password accordingly > Change My Password. You are all set, and you may check your available credit at the store credits section.

 

If you have click on the email mentioned about your store credits, no problem, just click the link in the email > Sign Up > Reset Password. You will then receive an email to reset your password that has been sent to your email address indicated when you are signing up previously. You are all set and you may start using your credit by now.
