You can now receive our freshest bakery and pastry products at your doorstep by ordering through our Made-to-Order online platform - First-In-Town Bread Delivery Service. While we always aim to provide a more convenient service for our customers, we also encourage our customers to only order what you need to reduce wastage. We are always a click away to supply you the freshest bakery and pastry items.
2. Are all vburg bakery items available on this website?
Currently, our website does not have all the bakery items. We are currently working our best to ensure you can order all of our bakery items though our website. For cafe food and beverage items, it is not available for online order. However, you may order through our food delivery partners such as foodpanda, GrabFood, Octopus Delivery and Hungry.
3. Where are the ingredients sourced from?
We use only the finest ingredients locally and also from all over the world to consistently deliver only the best goods to our customers.
4. How if I have dietary restrictions?
All of our products available on the website are listed clearly with allergen information and ingredient; please refer to the product remark carefully before selecting the product. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via live chat.
5. Is our bakery suitable for vegetarian?
Yes, vburg is a vegetarian bakery cafe. We have bakery and pastry items that are suitable for ovo-vegetarian, lacto-vegetarian, lacto-ovo-vegetarian and vegan.
6. Is our product Halal?
All of our products are vegetarian. We do not have halal certificate yet but all of our products are no pork, no lard and no alcohol.
7. Do vburg offer membership program?
Yes, in order to serve you better, we do offer membership program to our customer. Instead, we have 2 different types of membership program. For more information, click on here.

9. How many days in advance do I need to place my order?
You are required to place your order 3 days in advance before 11.59 p.m.
10. Why do we need you to place your order 3 days in advance?
This is due to the fact that we use mainly sourdough to produce our breads. Sourdough bread requires long fermentation under low temperature to guarantee the freshness of breads.
11. How to place an online order?
i) “Log In” - Consider simply logging in using your Facebook or Sign up for first timer and Sign in for repeating orders.
ii) “Add to Cart” - Add your preferred items to your shopping cart by selecting products from the shopping list.
iii) “Remove” - Click on “Remove” indicated below each item to remove your selection from the cart.
iv) “Quantity” - To amend the number of items required click on the item > click on “+” or “-”. Click on the Size / Weight to select on the variant of the items (if available).
v) “Cart” - To review the items in your shopping cart, click on “Cart” located at the top right of the page.
vi) “Checkout” - When you are ready for checkout, click on “Cart”, swipe down and click on “Checkout”. You may review the items you have added to your “Shopping Cart”. Your order summary will be displayed for you to review.
vii) “Select Delivery & Payment Method” - Also in the “Checkout” page (on the bottom left), select your intended delivery & payment method. Double check the selected items again before clicking on “Proceed to Checkout” on the bottom right.
viii) “Order Summary” - Again in the “Checkout” page, click on “Apply A Coupon Code” / “Apply An Affiliate Code” (on the bottom right) to enter the code, if you have it, and click on “Apply”. The total price after discount will be shown.
ix) “Place Order” - Once click on “Place Order”, proceed to payment page and make payment accordingly. You will receive an order confirmation sent to your current email address you used to signing in. All done!

12. When can I receive my order?
You may received your order as the timeline below:

We will try our very best to deliver your order as soon as possible. As for now, due to the high incoming ordering volume, we will be unable to commit a specific delivery time of the day. You may contact us through our website live chat or email to find out more details.
13. Are there any additional delivery charges?
Yes. All of the shipping fees, taxes, and discounts will be calculated during checkout.
14. Can I request for specific delivery timing?
Yes, you can request for express delivery timing but it depends on availability on that particular day (not guaranteed), do contact us for more information.
15. Any additional charges applied to specific delivery timing?
Free delivery applies to non-specific delivery timing where it will be arranged by the driver according to their delivery route, where our delivery time is between 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Hence, for specific arrangement, additional charges ranging from RM10 to RM20 may apply (based on area). Please contact us to confirm the availability of express delivery.
16. Can the purchased product send to a different location except from the default address?
Yes. You can update the shipping location during checkout by clicking on "New Address"
17. How can I pay for my online order?
Our website accepts payment done with debit cards, credit cards, bank transfer (FPX) and PayPal.
18. Can I cancel or amend my order after payment is made?
No order amendment, cancellation and refund is allowed once payment is made. If you are having problems on this, please contact us through our live chat and we will try to assist you.
19. What if my order is not delivered as promised (3 days after payment)?
If something is likely to delay your order, we will get in touch with you at once. If you have not heard from us or received your items after 3 days of payment, please contact us using our website live chat or email us at email@example.com, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
20. What are the shelf lives of vburg bakery products?
We recommend you to consume European bread and loaf within 2-3 days, where cake, savoury and sweet soft bread within 2 days. If you plan on storing them for longer shelf life, you may keep the bread and cake in the chiller because our products are made without any preservative.
21. Can I place my order through phone/email?
