Outstation FAQ

1. When will the goods be shipped after the order is successfully placed? When will I receive the goods? 

We will ship the parcel from Monday ~ Wednesday, and you will receive your goods within 24 ~ 48 hours after the parcel has been shipped. 

 

2. Can the delivery time be specified? 

Since we are using another transportation company, we cannot specify the delivery time.

 

3. How to check logistics information after delivery?

After delivery, you can check the logistics information on the ‘To Receive’ page. 

 

4. Is it possible to change the delivery address after delivery?

It is not supported to change the delivery address after delivery.
