We specialize in preparing our freshly baked European bread with Levain (sourdough) using classic long fermentation techniques giving you access to some of the tastiest sourdough bread in the world. All of our products are baked with LOVE, fresh every day!
Our motto is providing high-quality baked goods and products to our customers and in achieving this Owner/Chef/Baker Sean Tan personally sources the best ingredients locally, to support the local community and from all over the world like France, Japan, and Taiwan to consistently deliver only the best goods to our customers. We aim to become one of the leaders in the artisan bakery industry in Southern Johor.
Besides the bakery and café, vburg has expanded the services to supply the products on consignment to convenient outlets in various neighborhoods as well as to provide a delivery service to supply on bulk orders through Future Food brand.
