Keep It Tasty
Follow the guide below for the optimum taste:
1. Freshly baked European bread and savory/sweet bread can be kept in ambient condition for 2-3 days and 1-2 days respectively.
2. To store the bread, you can slice, seal and freeze it for up to 2 weeks.
TIPS : Pack into individual serving to avoid refreeze and rethaw that will affect the quality.
Ready to Eat
Follow these steps (Choose a taste you desire):
1. Take out the desired amount of bread from freezer (-18 C) and place in chiller (4 C) for thawing overnight.
2. Remove the sealed packaging and choose A or B method for a taste you desire!
A: Steam - for soft & chewy texture
Step 1: Add some water into the steamer / wok / pan and preheat it.
Step 2: Place the breads on a plate and put it into the selected cooking set and cover with its lid.
Step 3: Steam for 2 minutes and the bread is ready for consumption.
B. Oven – for crusty and crispy
Step 1: Pre-heating the oven at 150 C for 5 mins.
Step 2: Sprinkle some water on the surface of the bread.
Step 3: Put the bread into the oven and bake it at 180 C for 3-5mins.
