Description

Double Chocolate Burnt Cheesecake as the name suggested uses 55% Dark chocolate to enhance the taste of burnt cheesecake. It's lighter than traditional cheesecake and it's make by baking it the Basque way. It's baked at a high temperature to give a super creamy inside which make it to have consistent creamy texture, crispy crust that will melt in mouth.
